Lone Star Remodeling has matured with a diverse background in virtually all areas of commercial construction and remodeling.  This allows us to pull from experience with tried and proven skills and methodology.

Commercial remodeling generally has no room for error and there is no time for developing a learning curve.  It is sink or swim.

Time frame accountability and quality appearance is must.  There generally are more bosses to please on a commercial project than on any residential project, and the stakes are higher due to any costly downtime during work place renovations.

      Project completions through the years include:

1.  Modular building construction of an outpatient surgery center, community college classrooms, elementary school classrooms and cafeteria.
2. Church and worship centers.  This includes the complete renovation of sanctuaries, business office areas, library, and school areas.
3. Extra office space construction.  We did this by maximizing and reclaiming space in attached warehouse loft areas.  We provided this service for two international companies with offices in the Clear Lake/Bay Area.
4. Complete ADA renovation and upgrades at many of the area subdivision community buildings and pool areas.
5. Construction of an orthopedic office with a repair and manufacturing facility.
6. Roof spray cooling systems on St. Genevieve Winery, Lea & Perrins manufacturing facility, Daisy Air Rifle, Pine Bluff Arkansas School District and Target stores across the Midwest.
7. Solariums and exterior canopies at Burger Kings and Wendy’s across Houston as well as a Mc Donald’s in New Mexico.
8. Office upgrades and changes at legal offices and retail storefronts.
